During the licencing of certain building permits (e.g. building permit, permit for into-use, function changing permit, continuance licence) and at the petitioning of operational permits the documentation have to contain several plan section, for instance the enclosure of an environmental section is needed.

The environmental section discusses the expected effects upon the state of the environment of the installation/activity to be licenced on every field of environmental protection (e.g. waste management, air quality protection, noise and vibration protection, water and soil conservation, reserved national resources, etc.).
